Cancellation and
Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. To ensure we can accommodate all our valued clients, we kindly request a 24-hour advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in a $50 fee charged to the credit card on file. For pre-paid packages, unfortunately, one of the services will be forfeited. Please note that these policies are strictly enforced, as we strive to provide the best service to all our clients.

We do not provide a refund for services provided or for prepaid services. You will have the opportunity to reschedule or apply the same amount towards another service. If there is an unforeseen circumstances in which a medical note can be provided, you will receive a 75% refund for services that have not been rendered.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
